An impressive Tallboy Chest of Drawers featuring decorative cuts of highly figured quartersawn Silky Oak. The drawers are graduated in width from top to bottom and include a hat drawer (great for jumpers) in between 4 small top drawers and 4 full length generous bottom drawers.
The dovetailed drawers are lined with Rosewood, hand planed and individually numbered to ensure a lifetime of ultra smooth function. The drawers are also fully lockable and fitted with fine English quality brass locks & escutcheons.
The base is nicely finished with a shaped and mitred plinth. The back is lined with solid Rosewood VJ and the sides feature genuine paneled construction.
A refined and well proportioned piece that is both generously proportioned and extremely functional.
